My First Cakes!

Welcome to my Blog! I have starting the adventure of making cakes and I thought that I would blog about it and let everyone see what I am doing.





So I have been taking a cake class over the past 3 weeks with my friend Michelle. I LOVE it! I can't believe how addicting it can be! Here are my cakes in order of when I made them...

Cake #1. This is supposed to be a zebra print. BTW Butter cream is not easy to get perfectly smooth! I spend forever trying to get this smooth, and it still was not smooth.

Cake #2 with fondant. I LOVE fondant you can do a lot of fun things with it! I can't wait to make more!

Cake #3 Butter cream techniques. This was a lot of fun. I like the miniature size of it.
